 Annville Township will fulfill a request for records within five business days from the date the request is received, or provide written notice that the request is being reviewed or that it has been denied.

Reasonable fees as recommended by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records may be levied for postage, duplication, certification, conversion of public records to paper, and certification of documents.

If a written request is denied, the requester may appeal to the Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the Township’s response denying the records. Appeals should be mailed to the Office of Open Records, 333 Market Street, 16th Floor, Harrisburg, PA, 17101-2234.
